3. Role Mandate
The firm is hiring a Senior Quantitative Developer / QD Lead to take ownership of trading system and research infrastructure build-out.
Scope includes:
- Designing high-performance trading systems (C++)
- Building scalable research and backtesting frameworks (Python)
- Establishing distributed ML / AI training and production pipelines
- Defining technical standards and engineering roadmap
- Participating in early team build and leadership decisions
